Welcome to our RIS Mansfield website. I am delighted to continue the excellent work carried out by the school’s leadership team since opening in January 2016. Our team is a highly skilled group of professionals who are dedicated to providing each child with an exciting, individualised and broad curriculum which engages, motivates and fosters a love of learning. We endeavour to ensure learners have a positive journey during their time at REAL, which prepares them for adulthood and aspires to our belief that every child has a future.
RIS Mansfield caters for learners aged 7 to 19 and is split across multiple sites in the Mansfield area. Our main school site is located close to the centre of the town. Our stunning modern facility includes a cafe equipped to industry standards, a relaxing library space and well equipped learning spaces buzzing with the latest technology.
Following our pleasing Ofsted inspection in the Spring of 2024 we have amalgamated RIS Blidworth and RIS Ilkeston with our RIS Mansfield school so that they all now sit under one DfE registration.
